There is a word that I know exists, and I know that I know, but I can't get hold of it!

For example, I'm trying to use it in a sentence like "...and countries like Britain, where assisted suicide is _______ illegal."

It is where there is no gray area, the people of Britain all KNOW that it is illegal. Like we all know murder is illegal. But "very illegal" is just not happening :lol-sign:

TIA :)
