Need Avatar Help :-)

How do i get a pic under the stuff i write..
i tried getting an avatar in there and make the pic so small i couldnt tell what the picture was of and it still said it was to large.. some of you have huge pics.. plz help

i used a photo hosting site called photobucket to reduce my picture for me. When I tried to reduce it myself I could never get it small enough.

THe avatar is the photo above someone's name. A signature is the one below every post and to just put a photo in a post you need to use a host site like www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us and have them generate a code for you. it will look like this

Paste that in the thread or in the sig option in your usercp
