Had a quick look at the ingredients and they LOOKED good, but I'm no excpert on this thing. Much cheaper than the Burns she's currently on, and ingredients looked better as well.

They sell the dry stuff in 3kg bags.

Traditional -

Ingredients
Wholewheat flour min 97%, tripe min 3%

Typical Analysis
Protein 14.67%, oil 2.18%, fibre 3.09%, ash 1.6%, moisture 8.31%

Chicken -

Ingredients
Wheatflour min 76%, tripe min 3%, chicken min 13%, vegetables Min 6.4%, fish min 1.5%

Typical Analysis
Protein 21.6%, oil 3.3%, fibre 2.73%, ash 3.1%, moisture 9%



I think they only sold the chicken though. Compared to Burns she's currently on -


Contains: Brown Rice (min 63%), Chicken(min 20%), Oats, Peas, Chicken Oil,Sunflower Oil, Seaweed, Minerals & Vitamins

Any need to switch?

Just going by what you posted, no. The other seems MUCH higher in grain with very little protien overall.

I think...unless you can switch to a higher quality food than either of those. I don't know where you live or what's available in your region though.

Look at www.dogfoodproject.com if you want to do a better comparison of a lot of foods you know you can find.

What about James Wellbeloved? Is Burns better than JW? If it is maybe I should switch Casey over to it.

I don't know. Jess is picky on it, although several people have now recommended Wafcol? They sell it in P@H apparently. Might swap her over,the mum of one of my friends is a breeder, and they feed BARF but she said if she ever had switch back to dry it would be Wafcol, because although Burns is slightly better, her dogs were very picky on it.

So I don't know :p
