You dont have to use it as that... i have my own profile where i have all of my friends that i talk to,including my sister.
be safe on myspace dont put where you live excedara,if you want to be really safe you dont have to put anything that you dont want anyone to know. I have never met anyone dangoures on there or anything!

That's what I was wondering !! I heard a horror story the other day. She was about the same age, never gave her name, but chatting with a guy who was smart enough to pick up her interest ( Socker ) ... team and finally her number was able to go to a game and follow her home. She thought he was a teenager living states away . Luckily he was an undercover guy who came and told her parents everything . She had not given out any personal info, except the above and that she always came home to an empty house after practice. She learned her lesson... DON'T TRUST ANY ONE ON LINE !! Except Grammy , of course !

Just making sure you guys understand that. If you acctually get on there you would understand. You can actually make your profile where nobody can get on it unless you aprove them as a friend,so you can be safe. If the person that wants to be your friend is suspiciouse or you dont know them i wouldnt aprove them as a friend.

i think myspace is safe... if and when used correcctly. i enjoy it. i add my favourite bands etc as my friends. like chikinki, arctic monkeys and adam & andrew. plus i like blogging random stuff to entertain randoms. lol.
