My Puppy!

Hello everybody. Im pretty new to this forum and I have a little girl puppy named Katie who is spoiled to death! I would appreciate any imput on something though...my boyfriend and I adopted Katie, and do not know what kind of dog she is. When we first got her she had floppy ears and now they stand up straight. Really straight. They touch each other and make a point when she is alert. She is a dark brown with white feet and white marks on her chest and a tip of white on the end of her tail. We think she's about 4 months and probably weighs 15-17 lbs. Thanks! Any guesses are greatly apprectiated. I have looked everywhere online. We think maybe she has some shepherd and lab? Thanks again. I know! This is what baffled us about what kind of puppy she is. When we first brought her home we thought she was a lab/aussie mix. Now we have no clue. The vet said if he had to guess, he would say she's a Corgi mix (because of her sticky up ears)
