I looked at those pictures with horses in motion and they were taken with a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H50. That is not a standard DSLR camera, is it? I have a Sony Cyber-shot point-and-shoot camera and it has great picture quality but it is not good for taking pictures of moving objects. I guess that model has a shutter speed option.
