No, not really, I know. My Aussie just gave me a look of death when I said that. They do look quite alike as puppies though, before the BC's get the sharper muzzle and their ears.

It's not often you see a BM BC, your pup is going to be gorgeous!

I know someone on a different forum with 2 blue merle boys (litter mates). They were sooooo cute as pups, and are just stunning now.

They even have the merle nose

Thank you for the pics. My aussie died Jan 05. He was a blue merle and looked almost exactly like your pup. I had him for 13 wonderful years. He was a lover till the end. Enjoy!
