So, y'all hear about how the wildlife huddles around the Alaskan Pipeline in the frigid temps due to the warmth it gives off? I have my OWN now, it appears 
The stupid waterbed I married into needed a new heating element. The DH would not even entertain the thought that we get a "real" bed. So, I was sick and tired of sleeping on what I aliken to a slab of cold marble in a morgue and let him purchase it. Well, it is quite cozy, I must admit. And obviously the ANIMALS think so, too! They are ALL in bed with us EVERY NIGHT. Well, practically... his cat (Oprah) still won't lower herself to sleeping with my two cats. But we've got Brizzy (John's old dog), Bitty and Ruby (my cats) and then there's HUNTER, right there with us every night! Hunter waits until we're fast asleep then nestles right inbetween us with his head on the pillow next to John with his nose in John's ear! He sleeps like that all night!
BUT... it gets worse... Hunter now deems this bed as HIS and no longer just sleeps ON it (complete with dog blanket while we're home). He sleeps IN it when we're NOT HOME! He scrunches down the covers and makes a circle of pillows underneath and sleeps during the day while we're at work! :yikes: He thinks it's the greatest thing since canned dog food!!!! I get home from work before John does, so I always am brushing out the dog hair and patting out the pillows and remaking the bed. It's Hunter's and my little secret
