    Thanks. Yeah, I think black dogs and white dogs are the most difficult.

    Oh yes. His pigmentation has gotten darker over time. As a puppy he was pure white. He even had less black around his eyes and mouth/nose. Maybe I'll post a puppy pic for comparison. His color is acceptable in the breed standard, although I have no papers on him, so who knows if he doesnt have other breeds in him somewhere down the line.

    I never have good luck in shutter mode either, lol. I've really only tried it outside, and it always ends up picking a HUGE aperture so wayyyy too much light gets in. I pretty much shoot primarily in aperture mode... dunno if that's a good thing but it usually gets the job done.

    yeah it didn't work out :( obviously... lol. Steve had to go to the mainland and it's a really remote trail so I don't want to do it by myself. Next week maybe. Or the weekend
