Okay, well I can't sleep. Don't know why, just seem to have trouble getting to sleep. So you'all get to listen to me ramble,LOL

My bathroom has never really bothered me before. Its a little on the small side (okay alot on the small side) but up until this evening, it has never bothered me. But for some reason, I just want to take a crowbar to it and rip it all out and redo it. Now even if I gutted it, it won't make it any bigger, and thats fine. There is just something about it that is now irritating me. Earlier today it was fine, and now its just pissing me off.

I think I am going stir crazy or something, because my deal with the bathroom is not rational,LOL.

Well, tomorrow I am going to paint it and rip up the linoleum that is in there. I have to do something to it or I am going to go crazy. Well I may already be crazy, but I am going to get worse if I don't do something to it.

My hubby just looked at me when I told him all of this and said, "Okay honey, whatever you want to do." I think he thinks I have lost my mind.

haha you think your bathroom is small? I invite you to check mine out. When your sitting on the crapper, the sink is literally in your lap. When you stand up you knock the toilet paper off the holder and if you try and shut the door, you have to stadle the toilet first.

But, it's probably your preggo horomones making you feel this way about your bathroom :)

LOL, okay, your bathroom is smaller than mine. Mine you can walk into and shut the door, but that is about it. The only good thing is that if you are doing your hair and need something out of the cabinet, you don't have to step away from the sink to easily reach the cabinet on the other side of the room.

Its not the size that is bothering me. I'm not sure what it is other than something must change about it soon. I wanted to start on it tonight, since I can't sleep anyway, but my kids' room is right there and I don't want to wake them up.

And as far as the hormones, you are probably right. I have already torn into my bedroom and totally reorganized it and rearranged it.

Whooooooooot for the crow bar!! LOL.......GO FOR IT!

Our upstairs bathroom is STILL unfinished! It has a functioning sink & toilette, and that is all it can claim. (it is only a 1/2 bath, so no shower/tub) The walls are still bare drywall, the floor is still bare wood, not the pretty kind, the MDF stuff for building.

It's the only room left to finish in our 2nd story add on. It just keeps getting put off  So when you are done with your crowbar and paint...........make a pit stop HERE! :lol-sign:

Well as much as I would like to rip out the sink, toilet, and bathtub and replace them, I can't do that. I wouldn't be able to replace them right now,LOL. But the whole thing is getting a face lift. The lenoleum thats in there is peeling up around the tub and around the toilet and is just icky. The walls are painted a sand color on the lower half and pale blue on the top with a peeling fish border, all from the previous owner. To say it clashed with my horse bathroom decor is an understatement.

So a face lift it will get today.
