Hmmm....well, I got her something that has to do with what my sister got. We planned to get this set. It is so cute! I got her these little dip container things, lol and they are shaped as flip flops, and I got some salt and pepper shakers, shaped as flip flops-to go with the set. My sister got the other "flip flop merchandise" You can use these for picnics, etc... The gift sounds a little weird, but it is so cute! 
lol, you have to see it! I also got her something that she saw at hallmark that you can hang pictures on-adorable! lol, and I got her a nice card that I know she will cry over because it has a whole bunch of words! LOL, mothers always like that! Ok, I'm done! lol

Woooow.Here,Mother's day was on the 8th of March
And it was preety cool...I took my mom some beatiful flowers (really nice) and to properly celebrate the day I also bought a big pizza some yummy cakes and a big bottle of juice...It was really nice.And we had a girl night...just the two of us...I really am bonded to my mom and I love her so much.She's just great!!!

I got my Mom one of those french billboards with the ribbon crisscrossed to stick pictures in. You can hang it up on the wall (I'm thinking next to her puter) or stick magnets on it for the fridge and a 2 x 2 frame shaped like a purse (adorable).
My younger daughters got me the usual precious arts n crafts they make in school. Love those gifts! I have to share what Ashley, my 8 yr old, made me with you. Its a siloutte of her profile with her handprints on lamenated paper. With a poem that reads:
"I Love You"
to My Mother
Sometimes you get discouraged,
because I am so small;
And always leave my fingerprints
on furniture and walls.
But every day I'm growing!
I'll be grow'n up some day.
And all those tiny handprints
will surely fade away.
So here's a final handprint,
Just so you can recall.
Exactly how my fingers looked,
When I was very small.
I bawled! LOL It was sooo sweet. Sorry so long, I just had to share it!

I got Toby Keith's CD from my daughter and Tim McGraw's new CD from my son. Can you tell I'm into country music? My husband got me a pretty pair of earrings.
I got my mom a plant in a pretty pot and I'm going to take her clothes shopping - there is no way I could pick out clothes for her, she is picky, picky, picky!
It turned out to be a beautiful day, started out a little rocky, but turned real nice and best of all, I got to spend the day with my kids and my mom!

I got my Mama a computer made card with Maggie's pic in it (my lil girl) and a gift cetificate to the movies, so my dad actually will take her. I didn't get anything , James had Maggie tell me which came out Have a Monday so that was cute, said he didn't have time to buy me anything. Oh well better than my first Mother's day, last year we had a spat. His family never bought gifts, so I might as well get used to it, at least unitl Maggie gets older.
