Mmm, seafood!

Anybody else a fan of seafood? I swear, I can munch on that stuff all day long. I have some beautiful live mussels and fresh shirmp waiting in my fridge right now. I'm sitting here at work, dreaming about mussels steamed in wine and served with toasted, buttery garlic bread. And for the shrimp, I think a mild asian stir-fry, with plenty of fresh veggies. I feel like such a dork. But I can't help it, I'm soo hungry right now!

As you can tell, I also love cooking. LoL, good thing I have a great metabolism.

Anybody else a fishie-holic?

Me, me, me! *waves hands in the air* I LOVE seafood, anything seafood. Mussels are one of my favorites also. I found a recipe called Moule a la Mariniere a few years ago which is one of my favorite ways to preparing it. Now I'm hungry for some.

lol I generally have 3 rules about food

1. It cant try to eat me 1st

2. It cant try to dodge my fork as I go to eat it

3. It cant look at me as if to say "What did I ever do to you?"



Im not really picky about food, but then I dont have a favorite either, lol im wierd.

LoL! I actually know a few other people who think that way. I don't see the problem. Especially since vegetables (especially organic veggies) get far worse things for fertilizer.

But oh well, to each their own.

My friend is a Rastafarian and tried to make me vegan. Omg my favorite most thing chicken nuggets, and she told me what it was made out of I was yucked out, but I dunno me-meat=saddness, esp. me-chicken nuggets!! Good thing I'm picky though, I don't eat hot dogs, turkey, seafood, ham, baloney, pork chops, chicken breast, and chicken legs, so I'm not much of a meat-eater.

I had Camarones a la Diablo (Shrimp of the Devil) last night at La Caretta . . . Never know which I like better, that, or the fajitas del mar. They always use prawns and big, succulent scallops . . .
