sooo, my professor has decided that she loves to capitalize the first letter of every. single. word.

It is incredibly annoying & really makes her lectures hard to read. And is INCREDIBLY time consuming to go through and change...

Anyone know if there is a way to make all the letters lower case?

THANKS!

Wow, I've never seen a professor do that. How annoying!

Highlight all the text and try pressing "Shift" and "F3" at the same time. At first it may change everything to Caps but do it again and everything should change to lowercase.

That's how it is on my version anyway!

Gee, you'd think someone as educated as that would know better. :) I, too, would find it annoying. Anyway- back to your original question- I played around in my limited way with Word and couldn't find a way to make the changes all at one time.

You can copy it into excel and do the lower function on it and then copy it back. It shouldn't take very long and it works fine. I just tried it out to make sure. :)
