Ok so I thought i'd be a nice idea if we could have one thread where members post a photo of each of their (current) dogs and a brief introduction, and/or a link where we can find added photos of your dog.
It could be a quick reference for newbies, as well as a reminder for everyone else!

What do you Chazzers think?
[Please Sticky]

Anyways, here's my one and only doggie Matisse.

As he's only 6 months old now and growing up so fast, I've posted a montage of a few pics of him, ranging from when he was an-oh-so-cute-and-tiny 8 weeks old, to what he looks like now (Feb 2008).

We got Matisse when he was 7 weeks old from a dog charity & shelter, Dogs Trust. (Born 13/07/07) He was one of a litter of eight, and we picked him because we thought he was too cute to resist, being the scruffier one of the bunch! His breed is a bit of a mystery, apparently his mother was border collie, and we assume he's got some terrier in him too! :p

Matisse loves everyone! Including our cat, Cleo. He is very excitable, a bit hyper at times, friendly and very fond of giving out kisses! He's definitely got plenty of attitude, and he's always up to no good... But we love him for it! :D

If this is not enough, check out loads more Matisse pics on his profile on Doggysnaps, HERE!

Over to the rest of you Chazzers! :D

I will start with the oldest and go down from there.

Elle is 2.5. She is a black toy poodle and we got her from a Breeder in Oregon.
She is laid back and very lazy... she has to be forced to get exercise. She is soo sweet and loves attention.

Bella is 1.5 and also a black toy poodle. She came from a breeder in upstate NY. She is crazy and never sits still... we actually have a hard time keeping weight on her because she never stops moving. She is very friendly but not as "cuddly" she likes to be doing her own thing... you will be her best friend if you throw her ball but she doesnt want you to hold her alot.

Armani is the baby and only 7 months old. He is a Yorkie. He is the joy in my life. He is the most affectionate, cuddly dog and has the best personality. He amazes me everyday.

and because he is soo cute, I need another pic of him, lol.

** I havent had a chance to get new photos on in awhile so most of these are old but they do the trick anyway.**

This is my new dog, Avalanche. We think he's part dobe, but we're unsure. [still old pics, sorry.]

He's between 1 - 1.5 years, and very friendly. Two of my friends and I found him locked up in a shed with two other dogs, covered in mange and hungry.

He's very sweet and loves to cuddle, and though the size of a doberman, thinks he's a lap dog. He's very, VERY smart, and a mushball for tennis balls and treats.

Lizzie: Currently my only dog, she's 3 (4 in May *shock*). She difines "one person dog" She could care less most of the time who else wants to pet her. I'm the only person in her world. She's taught me SO extremely much about life and dogs. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for her sparking my love of animals.

Major: This isn't my dog, but my dad's dog. He's a love, cuddly, but has zero manners or training. He'll be 11 in March.

Aww, I've never gotten to see Ollie! Look at those blond curls!

This is Meg, my 3ish year old, rescued Mountain Cur. She enjoys off-leash hikes in the woods, hunting for kitties in the hayloft, and touching. She's the best barn dog in the world, and has overcome a lot of her fears to be my competitive agility dog.

Sierra. My mutt of unknown heritage. (My best guess is dachshund/redtick english coonhound)

She's around a year old (we've pegged her birthday to be this month, and I'm saying Valentines Day just for memory's sake!) and we love her to bits. She's the perfect mixture of playful, cuddly and lazy (just when it's needed). She loves dogs, kids, people, and anything that can interact with her in any way. She is however OVER exhuberant at times, and can be a bit overwhelming when she gets going.

(This is Sierra's best begging face, note the flipped ear - that's her added special touch)

I have my Dance, a 10 month old Toller. She's growing into an absolutely incredible dog and amazes me almost everyday as she matures.

Then we have Winston, who is a family dog (mainly my mom's). He's an almost 10 year old Doberman and is the sweetest dog we've ever had.

And then Morgan, our 2 1/2 year old Rottweiler. She's by far the most difficult dog we've ever lived with and has a lot of irrational issues that we've tried to work through, but she tries to be a really sweet girl.

In two weeks we'll have a Doberman pup too, but I don't know which one ours is so I can't really introduce her formally yet.

This is Ozzy, my fourteen month old Aussie/Jack Russel TERROR cross. He is absolutely one of the smartest most willful little dogs Ive ever MET let alone had. He is, however, the light of my life and teaching me a lot about owning and training a different kind of dog. Up until him, it had been my eager to please, easy going, no ripples kind of dog GSD Apollo. He lives with my fiance about an hour from me now, in a rural area, where I can be at easy with the idea of my SO out in the middle of NOWHERE.

Here he's about two months. We could barely get him to sit still. There were like, two pictures out of maybe seventy we could keep.

There is his tennis ball. The love of his life and the bane of my existance.

Here is Apollo as a puppy and a two year old. He was orginally purchased as a Schutzhund dog, he would still do well in it, but I kinda lost my drive to train him after seeing how the trainers at the club worked.

I get asked a lot if he is a Malinos. Im always like, "If you know what a Mal is, how can you confuse him for one??" He is a whole lot bigger than any Mal Ive met, with more bone and substance, pluse, hes a whole lot calmer than the ones Ive met. It must be the sable coat and black mask he sports.

I'll start with the baby first.

This is Nomi -- she is almost 6 months old and is the typical crazy/silly puppy.

This is Brawt -- he is no doubt the dominate one of the pack and loves to play. He will be 4 in April and acts as playful as Nomi.

....and this is Princess Kai. She is extremely spoiled and expects everything her way. She will be 5 in September.

(please excuse my husband's ugly feet!)
