Well, I like to run and I can be pretty active (when I can will myself to leave the couch) but have always wanted to start more of an activity
I found this martial arts place near me in Boston http://www.redlinefightsports.com/
I got a coupon thingy for the first class and they have great reviews on yelp
but.. big but here.. I am non confrontational, I can barely open a peanut butter jar (I suck at strength training), I am 5'2, and I'm kind of worried about not fitting in and kind of just sucking so bad I am thrown out or something lol
but I'd love to have an interesting workout and learn how to fight! lol not that I'd fight anyone but still, you never know.
Do you think it would be a good overall workout/training program anyway?
Oh and what do you think of the place? There are a few in Boston but I kind of like mixed martial arts better
*cough* plus I wouldn't have to wear those ugly outfits *cough* lol
