hi there! Im Tarah and im new here. i absoloutly LOVE webdesign and have been studying it for a few years now. I'm saving up to buy my chinchilla Arthur, and my dog sable some new toys, So i figured i would try posting here to see if anyone was in need of any graphics, or websites.
