I know of a couple people that get off judging everyone around them. I have heard it about Victor too. How i keep him too thin. THey don't know how hard i work to keep what he has on him. IT's better now then when he was younger.

Ahahahahahaha!!! I have a skinny, not-fat lab. I MUST be starving her!!!!

And no, he's not ducking his head because he's shy, or I beat him. He's ducking his head because he doesn't want your great big freaking paws on him!! Stop trying to touch his head! He could still bite you, even when you reach WAAAAAYY over his head like that! That doesn't keep a dog from laying open your forearm you idiot! If you're afraid he's "got the devil in him" go away!

(I have actually had some one ask me that about Ozzy. Apparently dogs with different colored eyes are and EXTREMELY rare commoditiy down here and he's either; a, blind, b, possesed or c, gotten his eye hurt. Honestly, I've never heard of an injured eye turning blue, but okay.....)

People are dumb. I do my best to avoid the extremely stupid ones. It doesn't always work.

(Though sometime I DO believe Oz just *might* have the devil in him :D)

Funny, that happened to me last night! A woman with a pug looked at Argon, and in that sickly sweet passive aggressive voice went "Oh, hello handsome! My, your mommy needs to feed you!"
First of all, he's a Whippet mix and is absolutly perfect for his build. Second of all, if you have something to say, say it to me not him. There was very nearly a beat down in Petsmart. Her only saving grace was that I didn't want to have to explain to my mother why I needed bail for myself and Argon after the cops picked us up!

I get underweight comments too, but they don't last long because the second I feel uncomfortable around someone Uncle Fred gets between us and starts howling at them. The din usually makes them give up pretty quick. Uncle Fred is very quick to pick up on vibes.

I hate when you goto correct someone, it usually ends up with you looking like you're "lying". Cuz no way should your dog be that skinny and you're feeding them twice a day *insert eye roll*

Try being a groomer and owning a dog with Cushings Disease...lol Boomer had barely any hair on this torso and tail before his treatment kicked in (he still has a bald tail). Many clients would come in thinking I groomed him that way. *blush* Poor BooBoo.

:hail: Uncle Fred :D Now we know how to make someone "cry uncle."

That idiot Charlie is always commenting on how Kharma's too skinny.

Errr, no, you've just made Shiva fat in your quest to have the bigger dog

And I, too, would gleefully wail on someone over Blue.

I've actually had people come up to me when Millie was a little overweight and tell me she was too skinny.
And I hate it when we're out in public and I intercept a hand going to pet her. When I ask someone not to pet her I often hear," Wait, she's a service dog! If she's aggressive you should get her out of here!" No, dimwit, the problem is you, not her. She's not going to bite your face off if you keep touching her while she''s supposed to be focusing on her job. I will.

Oh, do I ever get the "OMG UR STARVING UR DOG OMG" comments. Eve is skinny. Even with a layer of fat on her, she's bony. It's just her build, she's got a runner's body - wiry but strong.

I can only imagine what the APBT people get. My dog's coat at least hides her ribs.

Never understood how people can look at a wiggly, waggly Pittie and call it a monster right to its face. :p

I always get that Maddie is too hyper. No she is very active and is currently in training, and if you would stop moving all over (waving your hands and fingers around in the air), I would be able to control her actions. She's a puppy for heavens sake and still learning, but I want to say I bet she is smarter then you.
