I found a lump on gizzy my corgi last night. I made an appointment for three thirty today and said I wouldn't freak out but now I am. I noticed yesterday morning she wasn't doing the stairs to well and I just figured she had hurt herself playing too hard again with byron. I just put her upstairs and wouldn't let her go up and down them so she could recoup. Then I saw some blood on her paw and flipped her over and she has this golf ball sized lump on a nipple in the back. she gets real tense when you touch it or even her back, and thanks to me making her turn on her back which she hates she is now upset with me in general.

So jsut send good thoughts.

Well he said its probally jsut a tumor that popped up adn he is going to take it off next wensday and send it out to see if it'll be ok or not. I'm gonna get her fixed at the same time so I guess it works but now I'll jsut be nervoues till I get the report back. I'm just gonna have to baby her till then cuz she is really nto happy about moving around.

And while we were there there were seven little corgi pups and they were so cute:) ,even though I felt bad thinking that when gizzy is sick. But my vet loves corgis and I'm sure she will be ok. He only charged thirty today and she ahd to have her kennel cough vaccine but next week will be three fifty or so paying for the pathology too. Oh well as long as she is ok. I feel so much better now!

I hope your baby gets better soon.

And no, I do not believe you are a bad mommy. I am going through a somewhat same situation right now, I am taking the CPA exam in 2 weeks, and although my puppy isn't sick, it is hard juggling study with the little "furry" ones.

Hang in there, you can do it! ;)
