Lucas Update

Lucas is home and doing ok. He's been sleeping for most of the day. His surgery went just as planned and all that is left is the post-op. treatment. It's rather pathetic when you see him try to follow me everywhere lol But he seemed very happy to see me when I came to pick him up and he seems to still like all the people that work at his vets still.....even the vet lol. He especially likes the receptionist because it seems she has been paying some "extra special" attention to him lol So all's good Now he just needs to stay healthy!!

He definetly is being pampered! He's on my bed now...with all the blankets piled up and him laying on it and nice comfy pillows. Plus I'm making him an extra special dinner tonight...hopefully he gobbles it up.

Lol you probably did when I announced the surgery went ok, but that was last night when I didn't get to take him home lol

I just have to watch and make sure he can't scratch it! lol poor guy lol

YOur a wonderful Lucas Partner. I doubt he could find any better any where in the whole wide world. ONe day it may be you that needs the tlc. I know that Bronki and went through a couple medical issues on his behalf and then it was my turn. I couldn't have ever felt more concern or love from anyone more then i did from him. Glad he is home, Extra glad you are there for him.

I can't believe how old he is getting........I remember when I first got him and he was only a year old! How time flies!
