Hi everyone, I'm posting this for a friend of mine who is heartbroken over losing her GSD girl yesterday afternoon. Please do feel free to cross post if you can think of a place where it could help.

Sadie escaped around 4:00pm on Saturday, January 28, 2006, on Alvord between Fenton Rd. and Grand Traverse.

There have been several sightings in the same general area but we are not certain if it was her or not. Sadie is new to the area and so she is unfamiliar with it and will probably not be able to find her own way home.

She is a somewhat shy dog but she is not aggressive. Sadie is a very light sable ... mostly tan with some black on her back and face. By now she is probably very scared, hungry and tired. If you think you might have seen her, please contact me as soon as possible. She is a much loved part of our family and we miss her.

If you have any information on Sadie's whereabouts, please contact the owner at [email protected].

Poor little bubby.

As I'm in Australia I can't help you, however I send my most positive hugs and vibes that Sadie is reunited with her family ASAP

Good thoughts

Update!

Sadie has been found today!

Oh good. I'm originally from the flint area and it's not exactly a nice town. Very rough with the pull out of the car companies... very poor. I had heard about this on another board... and emailed my dad (who still lives near flint) to put a word out to his vet.

I'm glad to hear that she was found though. She looked like a pretty girl.

No, it's definitely not a nice town from what I hear. My friend always jokes that she lives in the ghetto. :D

We are all extremely happy that she turned up, since she ran away on the day she came to her new home with my friend from a foster mom and doesn't know the area at all.
