LOOK! pictures! what breed?

My parents are getting a new dog and they came accross this one. I dont know what the breed is, what do you think?

I thought it looked like pit too, but its only 11 pounds!

Im thinking maybe staffie/chihuahua because staffies are smaller than pit bulls.

the tail and coat looks like a chis, colour and face staffie/pit or whatever i think thats right!

I cant imagine how a chi can mate with a staffie or pit bull, very weird. But I think our guesses are correct.

I know this sounds weird, but I see a bit of Viszla in that little guy. Maybe I'm crazy.

Ok... upon closer inspection and knowing how small he is... Skipperkee and Chi??? Makes more sense "breeding" wise, too

skipperkes have longer hair and are almost always black. I dont know.

Yes, but it's easy to get the short, blocky pit hair from the pit side, too...

Its definately a possibility, but black is a dominant color, and the dog has no black coloring on him at all.

Rottie, I think you're right on the Schipperke not being a factor. No black and the pinkish nose . . . There's obviously some Chihuahua in there, but the rest is probably obscured in a real mixture of several breeds going back several generations. I seriously doubt that's just a two breed mix in that little guy

I agree with Renee. I see a whole lot of Chi in that little man. Wow, he is a cutie.
