Logan's coughing

Logan has been coughing a lot for the last couple of hours. I don't think it's kennel cough because he has not been in contact with other dogs. He does the cough and hack at the end what coud it be?

Coughing can be anything, really. How old is he? What breed? In smaller dogs (and sometimes larger dogs...just more common in smaller dogs) it can be a sign of a heart issue. Other possibilities are lung problems such as pneumonia, collapsing trachea, kennel cough, paralysis of the larynx, heartworms, etc. If it doesn't improve, I'd definitely get him to a vet.

This. IIRC, Logan is a little chubby, correct? That could be causing him breathing issues, as well.
