I'm not too fond of them personally, but it really depends which genes they got from the pug and which ones they got from the beagle. Some are adorable, some are just weird.

So many cross breeds are cute! Mutts are great dogs !!! Adopt them and love them to death!! Just don't breed them or buy from a BYB ....

Chyna is a Puggat (Pug/Rat Terrier). Some people are calling them mini boxers. Jack looks like a Puggat!

Eh they're ugly. I find most designer mutts ugly. I guess I'm the only one not fazed by their 'cuteness'?

I don't like most of designer dogs either... But some of them are cute. Just like most mixes, some are adorable and some are just weird.

I wouldn't call them ugly ! Puppies are cute !! I wouldn't own one,( puggle ) but luckily there are enough breeds and mutts for every to choose what they want and like.

I agree 100% with you, Ash. I'm not very fond of the made-up names for these mixes. Your puppy looks like such a cutie, I love mixed breed dogs.

I'd never seen a pug/beagle mix before, but we had one come to the dog park last summer. He looked just like a mini-boxer (which if I could be a big dog person... a full-size boxer would be at the top of my list! so this mini "look-alike" boxer.... of course got a piece of my dog lovin' heart!!
