Well Orion you and I have butted heads more than once But Bless you for ALWAYS being true to yourself and what you believe in. As for those that are giving the sob "oh his posts brought me to tears and I was blamed for it boohoo hoo" Perhaps forums are a little too much for people like that. if you are brought to tears because of something someone says on a FORUM you need to take a step back and look at what is important in life.

I don't know if Orion and I have ever agreed but we certainly do have good stimulating conversation. I will miss you if you go. You are one of the few that keeps it real and doesn't bow down to all that PC cr*p

Have a good life whatever you decide man we will miss you


PS if he was looking for attention don't you think he would have posted it in the most visited forum and not in here

I don't really know you...but a lot of people here do, and they don't want you to leave. I personally agree with a cooling-off period, goodness knows I've needed them in the past. Might help. Hope to see you around.

I know there are folks who are glad to see Orion take the high ground and leave rather than cause more controversy, I am not one of them. I didnt agree with Orions tact most of the time but I felt he had value to the board. Im sorry to see him gone and I dont see him coming back.

I do have to agree. You can be very rude and need to learn tact. You bash people constantly in my opinion.

No I am not inocent either. I have said things that I regret.

As much as I dont really enjoy or agree with most ofyour posts I do admire the fact that you stand by your opinions and beleifs no matter what. You really didnt seem like the person who would leave because someone doesnt like you

Since you quoted what I had said in my post, I am safely assuming this was made towards me.

It was not a sob post, pity party, what have you. Just a realization that YES - his comments are taken to heart and mean something to a majority of the persons here. They may be pixel words BUT they can be just as hurtful. Words have a large impact on people.

I know very well what is important in life.

I was hoping to be able to get to know Orion and see the charming side many of you see as I have yet to understand his personaility. I am very shy of strangers and after a little break I decided to view him as a learning experience.

Well, I imagine you're long gone now. You just don't seem like the type to post a melodramatic goodbye, then check back hourly to count replies. But just in case you accidently click on the link in your favorites and figure you'll just take a peek..... see what everybody's up to.......

Orion, at times I felt your manner was over the top and grating. But, you know, you usually had a point in there whether people agreed with you or not. I don't think you should leave (have left?) over a personal disagreement. I had thought you were a little more realistic and thick-skinned than that.

This board has a huge membership, not everybody's going to agree or even like each other. Some days this place seems a lot like one of those Reality Tv shows or Jerry Springer. But other days you can see what keeps people coming back, the good conversation and friendly people.

Discussions are much more interesting when no one agrees. .

It was never about disagreements, it was about how people talk to each other. (eg rudeness). A message board that was a bunch of people always affirming each other would be boring. However attacking people personally because they don't share your opinion is a whole different thing. Discussions should always be about the topic and never become personal.

Yes in response to his attack on me I had enough. If you look at the threads he has followed many of my posts and made comments about me PERSONALLY. Should I have done nothing? You love Oriondw so much for his standing up for himself and voicing his opinions but if I do it....I am wrong?

Alright I say amstaffer and orion meet at the monkey bars after school. No teachers, no parents, and bare knuckle box.

Would that solve it? Always seemed to work in school.


Anyway, Orion is far from charming or tactful lol but who cares. Orion and I have had our fair share of p*ssing contests. but I never felt the need to complain to a mod or anything. i mean if he bothered me that much I would have put him on ignore. What a concept
