This was a lot of fun and what we were up to yesterday. Lars and I will definitely head back for Rhody Paws 2015...and we may actually look into making weekly/monthly visits to the dorms because that is something that the University of Rhode Island is considering for their students.

Lars and I were the only Rottweiler therapy dog team in attendance and he got a lot of face time on that news clip, a news clip from another local tv station, the Providence Journal, and the South County Independent. He's a celeb now! LOL

More than two dozen dogs were on the URI Kingston campus this afternoon. They're therapy dogs to help students prepare for a hectic week of final exams. "And kind of just letting students distress, get out of their day to day school operations,†say URI student Joe Maynard. “Exams coming up starting on Friday. We thought lets bring out 25 therapy dogs out here. Let kids relax. Maybe they have a dog back home that they miss." This is the second year the therapy dogs have made a visit to the campus. Last year more than 500 students took part.
