Can anyone relate to this? Beautiful Betty (our black lab) is a shocker re hoovering (eating) anything she can swallow, chew etc...
now shes nearlly 2 and we've had to run up to the advocado tree and get them all before she does in the morning... she has a beautiful coat because of this and shines brighter than the sun haha!

People and the vet always comment on her being so shiny... and the vet said it would be due to the avocados!!

But as always everything in moderation!!!

Does anyone else know if the avos will be detrimental to her health or just go with it??? As its readily available to her and difficult to control her consumption, will this kind of food harm her????

Anyway...make it a great day!

I think avo pits are toxic?

And yes, I can well relate to bottomless pit Labs...I had a foster girl for a long time and she was an Evil Genius when it came to getting into food. Do a search for "Virgo" on here and see what comes up. ;)

My Mary is half lab and shiney like that. Since she is half pointer her fur is flat with no undercoat so it ripples like water. SHe also has every tooth in her head because she has not chewed a bit in her hoovering lifetime. Congrats on your dog..sounds like a real nice lab.
