We got a new kitten a couple of days ago. Molly hates the other cat we've got, she sits and gives it the border collie glare and she'll chase it if she thinks i'm not watching.
But this new kitten she just loves. She licks it all over and follows it around. If the other cat comes near it she goes all protective as if she thinks its her pup. She lets the kitten swing off her tail and kick her in the face and doesn't bat an eyelid. Poor kitten has to put up with a doggy bath several times a day, but it doesn't seem to mind either. Our old cat is a tabby and the new one is black, i don't know if molly associates the colour or what but she thinks she's in love.
