So, I turned in my resignation at PetSmart a month ago, have a few more weeks left to go as I finish off classes (got 5 running right now).
Last night I got the formal offer from the company I wanted to work for doing web development. They offered more than I had expected, enough in fact, that I will be debt free in 3 months instead of 4.
The extra money along with finally having weekends and evenings free means it's time to really start buckling down with Reed! We'll finally be able to go to events! In the past whenever I got invited I had to teach, now we can finally be free to go!!!!
Plus, I'll be able to afford the new dog-friendly SUV I want (thinking I'll go with a 4-runner, I've been wanting one for like, a year).
When I got divorced in June I didn't know if I'd ever recover financially, and this is huge for me, and it means so many possibilities for the dogs.
