Hey all! I'm new here.. been reading for a bit. Now that I have a minute I thought I'd introduce myself and my zoo. :)

I'm Lyn and I'm from Ontario, Canada. I am owned by 2 Saint Bernards, Bubba is 19.5 months and Lola is 5.5 months. I also have 2 kitties, Lucy is 1.5 years and Fido is 10 years. Plus 4 birds, 2 male Dutch blue Lovebirds, a female Lutino Cockatiel and my newest addition is a orphaned baby pigeon that I'm handfeeding. It's about 6-7 days old now. Oh and I almost forgot my 10g and 5g aquariums with coloured Apple snails (purples, blues, ivory and golds) I'm currently trying to hatch out some of their eggs.

I have tons of pics, I'll have to upload some when I get a few minutes.

I look forward to getting to know you all. :)

There is also 2 other cats and a Toy Poodle that also live here but don't belong to me. So it's a full house. ;)

oc_spirit, I'm in Waterford Ontario. (Southwestern Ontario) It's a fairly small town. Mainly farmers. We don't even have a Tim Horton's coffee shop and they are everywhere. :p

poodledad, Here's a pic of my apple snails. They are babies in this pic but it's the only one I have of them all together. They get about golf ball size. They require both male and female to reproduce unlike pond snails etc.. And they lay their eggs out of the water.

And here's one of the Purple striped female snail laying eggs on my tank lid.

So far all the eggs have been infertile. But they are just reaching breeding size now. So I should start seeing some babies soon, I hope.
