Ok i just made a food change for London.I am going from Purina Puppy Chow to Taste of the Wild Pacific Stream. I let her try a lil bit by its self and she ate it up.Should i blend it with the puppy chow for a bit or let her eat it by its self? Also we plan to make this change with our Beagle also. What should i be looking for that might tell me that this may not be for her other than loose stools.

switch gradually!
Try by quarters of your other food.
Say, if you feed a cup of puppy chow at a time, try 3/4 cup of puppy chow and a 1/4 cup of the taste of the wild food. Do that for...I'm not sure, maybe 3-4 days?
That's how I do it.
Get some plain yogurt, too, if you can. Add a spoonful of that as it will help with any digestion issues.

It is best to mix the foods slowly over about a week's time. Start with the majority of Puppy Chow and slowly add more and more TOTW while reducing the amount of Puppy Chow. Same for your beagle. TOTW seems to be rather easy to digest from my experience with it. I have 5 dogs, all different ages and none ever had any trouble and I switched them all without any mixing.

As far as signs that a food isn't agreeing with your dog - I would look for loose stool, gas, vomiting, lethargy, dull coat etc. Usually loose stool and gas are the main things. Be sure to allow for a transition period. New foods don't generally show you an improvement in coat etc. for at LEAST 6 weeks.
