I'd say a nice long (but not too demanding!) puppy-walk would do wonders, so she can burn some of her energy before hand.
I'd also suggest using the leash. She needs to stay on the leash so you can keep her under control when visitors come over. I'd do some attention exercise ("watch me" or something similar) several times a day so you can use it when people come over.
Keep her on a leash and make her sit when she wants to be petted. I understand puppies get excited, and would much rather jump for attention, but its best to make her sit. Use the leash, toys, your voice, treats, anything to get her attention, and make her listen.
Invite some friends over to practice non-jumping behavior
If she still isn't settling after that long of a time I'd suggest having her lie down and giving her a bone or a Kong to keep her occupied.
Completely ignore anxious or overly excited behavior, and give her attention when she is being calm and keeping all four paws on the floor.
I hope that helps a little ~ good luck - Keep us posted
