Chloe will always be my number 1 heart dog :D but I know that Charlie was meant to be with me...:)

I am glad you said that about Cloe, just shows what a truly good dog owner you really are. I will keep you in silent meditation and hope that this works out for you and for Charlie. Now you have some idea why he has been in foster for a year, a year is a long wait for a real home to a dog.They have such precious few to begin with and the youngest years the most critical for development. YOu just keep up the good fight.;)

Thank you sooo much smkie :) that happy pic of him on Petfinder is what I want for him again, when I went to see him, Friday it just about broke my heart because his spirit looked so broken from what is was when his picture was first taken :(

This is ridiculous, how many dogs get euthanized because there are no adoptive parents or room at foster homes, I mean obviously some screening is necessary, but good lord...
