Is there anything you just can't do, no matter how hard you try?

For me, it's to whistle! I sure wish I know how to whistle because it's the quickest, easiest & most effective way to get the 3Ms' attention. I envy hubby because he makes whistling seem so effortless!! but when I try, it doens't matter if I blow air out or suck air in, the sound just won't come out.

Another one is to sing. I'm totally tone-deaf, and can't make a right tune at all .

Can you share something you just can't do, no matter how hard you try, so that I don't feel alone in my quest to learn how to whistle!!

LOL. I so belong here. In my circle of family & friends, everyone knows how to whistle (even my five year old niece!), which make me feel kinda odd because I'm the only one who can't!

I can't hold a tune for the love of me. I'll sometimes sing in the car, by myself of course, and really think I'm sounding pretty good until I plug my ears and hear myself.....ikes!

I've never been very flexible, even as a child. I never could bend down and touch my toes. I loved gymnastics as a child even though I stunk at it.

Hubby can't curl his tongue lol it's so strange because not only can I curl my tongue but I can make three seperate curls on my tongue at one time hahaha. I have never known anyone that couldn't do that. I thought everyone could.

I can whistle, I can snap my fingers.............. but I don't sing well, can't lift one eybrow and something I have ALWAYS wanted to do but can't...........

ROLL MY TUMMY! You know what I mean?? Like the ladies who do the harum type dancing and what not........their tummy looks like a wave on the ocean?? My 7 & 10 year old son can do it, but I CAN'T and it ticks me off! LOL

I cant whistle either.... I used to be able to, like when I was 5!

I cannot for the life of me, make pancakes... my poor son loves pancakes and the only time he gets home-made pancakes is if my dad makes them for him. Other than that he gets the frozen pancakes that you pop in the microwave... poor kid...
