I have been watching Oprah for years. I would say for the past year, the show has been kind of boring. I use to watch without missing a show. Now I dont really care if I miss it. Usually it is just some celebrity. She also has a lot of food and shopping shows. What do you guys think.

It annoys me how she agree's with every celeb and how she thinks they are just to die for

I'll only watch her show if my favorite celebs are a guest but other then that I rarely watch her.

I never watch the episodes where she talks with celebrities, as I find them really boring. I don't know how old the episodes are that they're showing here in Australia, but there have been some good/interesting ones lately. She did go through a period where it was all about celebrities, though. I haven't seen her do any Angel Network stories for aaages, and they were the ones I enjoyed the most.

I agree! This last season it was all about Oprah!! More celebs and trips to her house to see her garden, and less helping people, she hardly ever talks about going to africa anymore! I rarely watch her now, I used to never miss a show.

I'm so sick of her having Dr. Robin on (can't stand her) and yakking about dysfunctional relationships. BORING already. and she does seem to dwell on herself too much anymore. I usually watch Judge Judy after just seeing what Oprah's show is about. either one...it's just noise while I'm cooking dinner. :)

I watch Ellen now. She always makes me laugh. I use to love the shows Oprah would have. I will never forget the lady that wouldnt let her husband have a certain amount of soda and controled everything he did. Or the lady who's house was filthy and they cleaned it just to find out it got filthy again. I miss those shows.

I agree that some of her older shows are better, however I don't think she has totally lost it. I enjoy Ellen a bit more now.

You're all right! I was thinking this the other day. I really believe that good ol' Oprah has a holier than thou attitude. It's all about her life and what she's accomplished and what there is to learn from her life.. Geez...

Although I do appreciate the "Hero" shows and anything she does about Angels Network, you know the spotlighting of OTHER people that do good in the world and I appreciate her efforts in Africa and hurricaine torn cities.

As far as her favorite white t shirt and lemon peel margarita, I could care less.

Thanks Debi! I didnt see the Skidboot episode so I clicked on the link that you added. Skidboot is about an hour from me so I emailed him to see if our homeschooling group could come see him. It looks like from his website that he brings him to schools and churches for performances.

That is SO cool!:D If you do see him get lots of pics...hehe. I watched a bunch of tv shows with him preforming, he is amazing! After seeing what he can do, you would swear he is the worlds smartest dog. After he won the first season of Pet Star I think ACDs became a little more popular.;)

I could care less for most of the shows she does, but I really like some of her shows. I loved the one with Dr. Oz.

I usually watch dr. phil, because he is more interesting. Not sure why so many people dont like him. I agree with 99% of the things he says.
