Is it just me or does Hannah look sort of sad? I can't get her to look happy in pictures lately, she always has this mad or sad look on her face. My husband said I'm imagining it.

She looks happy to me, but maybe she is just abit put out by the new addition. [Maverick] It is hard to accept a new friend sometimes.

I don't know what's wrong with her. I mean in real life she's happy with a wagging tail but as soon as I put her in the sit stay position and walk away for a picture she gets this miserable look on her face.

Labs want to be with their humans 24/7. May usually gets a "sad" picture when I make her stay to take pictures of her too.

maybe because as long as I'm with her and she can be with me and by my feet she's fine she's got the happy look with the constantly wagging tail.

me and hubby have been at each other's throats a lot lately, maybe she's just getting worried. Although the weather has changed a lot (for 100 degrees to 70 degrees in just one day). Maybe a combination of both.

oh it did get better (FINALLY). We've been scraping every dime that we could for the past couple weeks and then my hubby calls today and he got his check from work at it was like over $300 what we expected! Usually we know what he's bringing home so we set our budget on that but since he went on vacation last week he gets paid 50 hours instead of 40 (why I don't know) so he called and he was SO happy.

She has that "get over here and hug me" look to her. Looks more to me like a smile and a "do I have to Mom?" She's cute and nice coat!

thanks, she gets daily brushing and good food. Her vet always comments on her coat too. It's got a wierd wave that goes all the way down her back but I've noticed lots of labs have that.

Awwwww... I think she's thinking "Would you hurry up and take that picture, already?!" Lol...

Hunter's Mug looks sad, too... need to get a happy pic of him with his silly grin he gets! :D

I think she is just saying "hurry up mom and get this over with" probably because she just wants to be close to you or go and play I know Rocky thinks he has better things to do than let me take his picture like peeing on my tires or chasing the cat ;0

Maybe Hannah wants to be groomed before picture taking.

On another note, animals are very sensitive to our feelings and know when something is wrong.

Yeah she is usually a very sensitive dog. Maybe she does want to be brushed before she gets her picture taken. I used to have pink bows for her ears and she HATED them. I couldn't even get a picture of her with them on. I'll try just giving her a quick brushing maybe that will make her feel better.
