hey is anyone g0od at algebra?? i have this word problem and im not g0od at word problems and i need someones help!! please its my homework!! ok heres the question that its asking!!

The marching band holds a fundraiser each year in which they sell t-shirts and sweatshirts with the sch0ols name and mascot on it.The t-shirts sell for $7 and the sweatshirts sell for $15.The band needs to raise $3000Write a model that shows the number of t-shirts and sweatshirts that must be sold.Then graph the model and determine three combinations of t-shirts and sweatshirts that satisfy the model.

I dont need help with the graphing!! thx!!! plz mssg me back asap!!

What Amount You Need (Goal) = 3000

one thing (X) sells for 7

another (Y) sells for 15

What combinations of X's and Y's will equal 3000?

7(x) + 15(y) = 3000


**Just make sure you understand it, I see a lot of people come on the internet looking for the answers to homework so they can get it done quickly and just have somsone give them the answer. Making sure you understand the concept will help you on test day.

Read you textbook, I am sure it explains it better then anyone can over the internet.

Yah, no math is hard once you understand the formula.

I had a teacher once that I didn't understand how the formula was derived and he asked if I knew the formula by heart and I told him yes and he said 'that's good enough, you'll get a high grade on the test'.

And I did. So past that point I never questioned where the formula came from, just how effective it was (some are better than others, there's like 50 ways to find derivatives in Calculus..)
