Hi all! I came across this site after trying to find basic information on why I should not feed my puppy commercial puppy kibble from the grocery store. Now just common sense should have steered me off such food but I have had some problems with other food that came highly recommended. Anywho, My name is Lucy and my partner and I adopted a mixed breed pup in May. Our first intention was to save up to purchase a large breed dog (Neo-mastiff x bullmastiff) but sevaral reasons turned us off (1. apartment 2. cost 3. no close breeders and would not consider a petstore 4. so many wonderful pets out there that need to be adopted). His name is Winston aka Winnie or Winnie-poo and he is an 8 month old Yorkie/Fox terrier/poodle. I assure you, he is a ball of energy, very hyper, and will test his boundaries at any chance he gets. I hope to get some great tips and information from this website and meet some wonderful dog owners from around the globe.
