Archie is 2 years old this week. We adopted him from the local shelter at age 8-10 weeks.

A little background on how he came into our life.(I'll try to keep it short)
New Hubby wanted a dog. He had never had a dog before?????::(
I had a strict house rule "No more furry animals" after having to pts my 16 year old pound pup a couple years back.

So his business partner (He owns a Solar company) is fostering this 6 week old puppy

Love at 1st sight.
Apparently Archie was purchased @ 4 weeks from some BYB and former owner had to surrender him to AC as he was about to do some Jail time for a bar room brawl. So supposedly he is Pure APBT but I don't have the papers so he's a pound pup to me.
We get to bring him home

I will never forget the words of the Vet Tech who handed him over to us after his Neuter "If you thought this was gunna slow down his energy level...You were mistaken"
Fast forward to 9 months

&

His super model photo shoot for charity.

at 20 months

Last one for this post. Wearing his Ella's Lead "For Ella" collar at almost 2 years old. Archie not the collar.

Thanks for looking!

He is soooo pretty! His face really reminds me of Jule's T-Bone.
LOL! I was just looking at it and thinking it reminded me of a male version of Tallulah's, especially the set of the lower lip, a little heavier boned and rounder muscled.

I can see some of T in it too, except T's such a feminine grrrl ;)

On days Archie is "full of beans" and I'm too "knackered" to get off my "Arse" then YES you may.

Love the link in your signature! My husband is from Wales and we compare and laugh at each others English daily.
Aha, awesome!

Where in Wales? I am here right now ;) My other half is also Welsh :D

And even if he was bouncing off the walls, I am sure I could find a few fun things to do to knacker him out ;)

Ian is from Newport. Moved here almost 3 years ago to Marry me:D

He never had a dog in the U.K. but comes here and his 1st dog is a "Pit Bull" LOL

When his Sis and her husband came to visit for 2 weeks they asked if we were going to board Archie while they were here???? We said no he is family too. They were reluctant at 1st but by their last night here they asked if just the 2 of them could take Archie for his evening stroll. He's a charmer for sure.

Ahh well, there are numpties every where you go! They're a banned breed here, but you still see a lot around. People are a bit ignorant because they're banned. I'd have one in a flash - I think they're gorgeous.

Newport is waaaaay down south to where we are! We're in the valleys with all the sheep and farmers :p
