I saw this on another forum. The few times that I have had to talk to the police, it hasn't been in the situation where I need to be afraid of being charged with anything. The most recent one was me chilling in a playground/baseball field a few miles from here at 3 in the morning by myself. I work nights, so I'm always awake during the night when I don't work, and I get bored just sitting in my room all night. So I went out and smoked a cigar in a park, the cop comes up after I've been there for maybe 45 minutes or so and asks me what I'm doing there, etc. I think he said something about I could stay and the most that would happen is another cop would come by and do the same thing, but I figured it'd be better to gtfo and enjoy the rest of my cigar while driving around town.
