I know people who have dyed their poodles pink, but have never seen anything like this. A buffalo poodle, panda poodle, dragon poodle, pirate poodle!

On the one hand it is remarkable...On the other hand I feel sorry for the dogs, though Shadow really enjoys grooming....they probably don't mind at all. He's just lucky he is 15 years old and I have no shears!

People on another forum were saying how horribly cruel it was. Can't say I have a problem with it. The dyes are pretty natural these days.. And in most cases it's a once a year competition.. Any dog with high grooming requirements will be fairly easy going about grooming in general.. and many of the dogs used are owned by the groomers competing.

WOW, the imagination it takes to do that.... the Panda one is just too cute. I believe there would be people who think it's cruel...heck some people think it's cruel to show, or even keep dogs as pets, so what you gonna do?.

THat's crazy. LOve the camel..feel sorry for the chicken and the peacock. VIctor would be so embarrassed. He doesn't even like to wear his doc glasses around other dogs.

I groomed a poodle to look like a pony once (owners request)
and I keep Ruckus's tail tip and sometimes leg feathering dyed blue, or green.
And it hurts they poor little dogs that come in to my shop to get ears dyed!
