My four month old catahoula pup started snorkling and splashing in their water dish (in the dining room) a week or two ago.
I got her a pool for outside and she has a blast in it, but how do I make her understand it's okay to splash outside but not inside?
When I catch her at it I clap my hands and say "NO". She usually runs off at that point, but will come back to me as soon as I call her. I very rarely raise my voice at her, so when I do I know it scares her which is not my intent but this has just got to stop. Should I just keep doing what I'm doing, or is there a better way to handle this?
