That's a really nice offer, but we really do get along fine financially!! I appreciate you kindness! My husband just has different priorities as to where he wants to spend money!

It's sometimes hard to communicate with people when writing and you can't see them or their expressions or truly understand their intentions. Hey we all need to get things off our chest and do not need to be asked why we did this or that.
As a matter of fact I find myself wondering sometimes why anyone gets married and other times wondering why they don't. Face it we are all different. Never be afraid to vent because we are here for you and by your venting some of us get a picture that these things don't just happen to us. It makes us all get a true feeling that we are normal or we are all insane lol.

I guess that's just why we take the good with the bad in our marriages! We were able to talk about this after Greg went to the bar last night. WHen I walked in from work, he left and went to the bar! I had plans to go out to dinner with a g/f who was having some personal problems. I had her drop me off at the bar when we were through so that I could give him a ride home. He seemed pleasantly surprised to see me....we never really discussed what had happened...I didn't want to go into it when he had been drinking. I'm sure we'll talk about it today.

It seems to me that if he's got the money to go to the bar...he's got the money for the prescription. Sounds like he doesn't have any priorities in the right order.

Exactly!!! The thing is...we really do have plenty of money most all of the time. He's 13 years older then me,and sometimes I think we're just at different places in our lives. I'm happy when I can do things for our kids sometimes.....I don't need a lot to make me happy to be honest.

My fiancee and I live pretty much paycheck to paycheck now as well especially with me being out of work due to personal reasons. He has insurance, I don't and I'm the one that needs monthly meds so it stinks to say the least.

I'm looking into the drug company plans to help pay for scripts, but I SO feel your pain when it comes to wanting to help your daughter. I have to tell you.. my family really isn't in the financial position to help me with anything.. but I think SOME of my family members would do whatever they had to and others wouldn't, I'm glad you helped her out
