I'm depressed because where I work is a convenience store and it has a kichen in it so I work in the kichen. So one of the cashier is quiting and the one guy I work with in the kichen is going for surgery and looking for another job. I'm very sad about that because they were like very good friends and I work with them for almost two year and now there leaving and it make me very depressed. I been depressed for that last two day since I found all this out. I don't know what to do because I been depressed at work and my couis is one that I work with too. She think i'm mad at her. Plus today my couis is training new people all this week. So I won't be able to talk to her. another thing is that my uncle he the boss of the store he gets very moody when we start training new people and he takes it out on every one.

I don't like to talk about my problem but I just had to get it out. So sorry.

just because they're leaving the work place doesn't mean you won't still be friends outside work. Who knows, the new people will seem like idiots at first and no fun, but I bet at least one of them will turn into a good friend in the end. Keep your head up, everyone goes thru stuff like this at some point and it's never really all that much fun, but think of all the possibilities, new friends at work, a chance at moving up the ladder (if the people leaving have been there longer than you) you get to have a part in training a scared new employee:D , just try not to stay focused on the negatives for too long, cause you'll miss out on lots of new experiences.

Change is always hard at first, but if we didn't go thru it and grow, we'd all still be pooping in diapers and latching onto boobs for lunch....

I hope you start feeling better, and can keep seeing your friends outside of work. Maybe the new crew will become good friends also.

Sorry to hear this,I know how it feels but that`s life and sometimes people you become attached to move on.It`s strange if you`re not used to it.you can remain in contact with your each other if you all want to and maybe become even better friends outside work.
