I'm shocked!!!!!

some people's hearts are made of stone their behavior really shocks me!!

I was driving home this evening, and when I was close to my house, I saw a bunch of teenage boys walking on the street. I also saw a cat close to them. When the boys approached the cat, one of them gave the cat a big kick as if it -the cat- was a ball or something. At first, I thought that I just imagined it, but my friend was sitting next to me, and was like "did you see what I saw? the poor cat was kicked"

I mean, how could someone do that to an animal The cat was hurt; I saw it flying -not really flying, but being thrown like a ball and then falling on the ground -

Afraid I can't contain my mouth when I see something like that...

Horrid brats.

You should have mentioned how most psychopaths begin their days abusing animals.

what happened to me when I saw it, is that I thought that it was my immagination!! until we passed them, and until my friend pointed that out. She was shocked, too. WhenI took another round in the neihborhood, I couldn't find them.

Isn't there a law or something? I mean if things like this happen, could you complain, even if it wasn't your pet?

I think that there sould be laws that protect animals. I still feel awful for that cat

There are laws that protect animals....And people get locked up for abusing pets....as well they should.

That is just terrible! I feel very sorry for the person that ever abuses an animal in front of me. I have absolutely zero tolerance for that kind of behavior and quite honestly would not think twice about getting out of the car and teaching that kid a lesson.

when i was younger i saw a couple of kids grabing my cat on her front legs, swinging her around in a circle and then throughing her to the ground.
i was to little and to shocked to know what to do back then.
our cat ran into our yard, luckily she wasnt hurt bad. i was so upset and furious.

i dont understand why anybody would do something like that, i just dont get it.......

i agree, some people are horrid, at our school a cat gave birth to some kittens in the bike shed. some boys would go there and poak them with sticks and try to get them out to hert. when we complaned and asked them to call the rspca they said they couldn't because they were on privet land i don't think they did anything in the end though

My mom has always told me, kicking an innocent animal is one of the worst things you can do.

OMG That's horrible!! I would have stoped and said some pretty nasty words... And if the cat was a stray, I probably would have brought it home with me... Poor kitty.

Seeing something like that is always so shocking. It's hard to believe that someone would treat an animal like that.

especially those on animal cops ive watched it! some people can be so cruel! i am hurt to see animals abandon and neglected! how would those kids feel if they were that cat?

I saw a bunch of 4, 5 and 6 year olds throwing rocks at a wounded bunny on a neighbor's porch last year. I ran over there and tried to explain to them the "golden rule," which was like teaching Latin. I thought about throwing rocks at them too, but imagine that's how they learned violence in the first place. Little kids who hurt animals are generally hurt at home... they're abused by big people, so they take it out on something smaller. That's my totally unprofessional opinion, but it's the only way i can explain a 4 year old trying to kill an injured bunny.

exaclty what my neibors child does he's 4 years old and cusses! he throws rocks at vinnie and kona! i think its cause ther smaller then him! he's envr hurt coby since he's huge so thats i think!

I don't understand how people can be so incredibly horrible and heartless. It is EXACTLY THE SAME as hurting an INNOCENT INFANT.
