i'm livid & scared

i have such a huge major phobia w/ rodents.....

well, my friggin dirtball neighbor came to me today showing me a dead baby rat, yes rat in a dustpan, that her kids found in her basement.

now i'm freakin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm really scared of them......i've always been told that they are very nasty and aren't afraid & will attack humans & animals alike. my neighbor said they will kill her cat. now my dogs are not scaredy cats by no means....they have even cought 2 mice in the past so i know if they see one they will def. go after it.....the city rats round here are as big as some cats:yikes:

Uhm, a starving rat would attack someone maybe, but other than that they're just as scared of you as you are them. You're bigger than they are and they don't wanna die.

from working in barns and such, Rats are pretty timid and not likely to attack.

thank you. i also just spoke w/ my siste who had them in a house she rented yrs ago.....she they're not aggressive they're defensive. i'm still creeped out but not scared for us.....so much

Rats freak me out too and if I ever saw one as big as a cat I'd probably pee my pants. But looking at your dogs, I'm sure they can take care of them.

I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate rats.
Mice..eh, i can take.
Rats though, i can not take it.
Its mostly their naked tails.

Kharma thinks barn rats are quite tasty, as a matter of fact. Bimmer won't eat them, but he is death on them. Your two should be able to scare them off thoroughly, even if they can't quite catch them.
