im kinda worried

hi i IM kinda very worried in August i rescued a St. poodle he was 6 years old and i had already had 1 standard well about 3 weeks after i got him he started not eating or drinking and he burped all the time well we took him to the vet and the vet did test and said he had Addison's disease and that there is shots but he was to bad that it would not help so we had to put him down well now are other dog Caleb is not him self he started to act diff about a week ago but i thought nothing about it i thought it was just a phase well he hasn't been eating like normal normally he would gobble his food up but now he just is eating a few bites and thetas is well now he has stopped eating iv tried to give him cheese and things i can think of that he loves but he just spits it out i i does any one have any ideas of help on what i should do

It sounds like he misses his buddy. If there is nothing medically wrong with him I'd say just give him love and attention, mental stimulation and exercise, and wait it out with him. He'll eat when he gets hungry, he probably doesn't have much of an appetite right now because of how he's feeling.

I would have the vet check him in case he has eaten something he shouldnt have, and its caused a blockage or something, it could be a simple upset tummy, or maybe there is a bitch in season nearby this can effect local dogs appitite.

Myself, I would be taking the dog to the Vet ASAP. When a dog is not acting his normal self, loss of appetite and lethargic...those are warning signs I would not ignore.

It could be something simple, or it could be major...we can't diagnose your dog on a forum. A Vet can look at your dog, run tests, palpalate the belly etc.
