I'm dying my hair today...

Normal color is like dirty blonde, somedays more red, somedays more blonde. But it always looks dirty (like havent washed hair for a few days).


So I'm gonna dye it a reddish/brown color. I may post peektures if anyone cares to see...

My normal hair color is a light blonde (champagne/platinum/whatever people call that color), but last December I died it a deep brown with coppery accents. It's a bit lighter now and my darned blonde hair refuses to go down without a fight, but I LOVE the darker color! I want to go even darker!

I have 'dirty blonde' hair too. I once dyed it black when I was a teen but I haven't done anything to it in ages.

I have dark blonde hair naturally and have been highlighting it blonde for forever. I just went medium-dark brown. I love it. It's so fun! {Weirdly, some people I'm really close to, even girls, didn't notice. And some were totally shocked.}

My natural color is almost black that is now almost all gray; since I have hypothyroidism, and take Synthroid, that tends to make one get gray early. I keep my hair long and it's still pretty thick and if I did it myself, I'd destroy the bathroom, so I allow myself a visit to the parlor once a month to keep the roots nice and dark.

Like Andie MacDowell (for L'Oreal) says, "because you're worth it".
