Went out to visit my brother last night he was having a party for my youngest Neice Patton who just turned six the little thing looks like she's just turned 4 though (she was premature at birth). I met one of my brothers new friends or new to me 
. He asked want I did for work and I said I worked books and just all the inbetween for my brother inlaws Inshurance Company/Realistate. I then said I am also a Musher and Breeder. OMG did this guy jump down my throat! Telling me how mushing is just legal animal abuse and the dogs are constantly suffering and would be much happier on a rug in front of a fireplace . I tried to explain to him that my dogs are different they are spoiled and unlike alot of sleddogs they are not constantly tied when not working but turned "loose" in my fenced in pasture. I tried to explain my medical procedures I do before alowing my dogs run in a race the cream and booties on the paws vet checks before the race and vet checks when needed at every check point. But he did'nt want to hear and just put up his hand and told me anyone can lie and why should he beleive I wasent at that moment? I just walked away shaking my head if it had been somewhere else not at my neices birthday party i would had flipped on the guy but i held it in.
