Really, I just want a sister for Morgan... and I want her to be blue merle. Aussie, BC, Collie, Sheltie... or some kind of mix of any of those.

I know, it's random, and not even a specific breed, but whenever I think of getting another dog, the first thing that pops to mind is blue merle.

Yes, I want another dog. But just for the sake of having another dog to train. But, no more dogs for atleast 5 years...

phaleens are more common in the uk too!
I've actually really been thinking about it one day (and I know where it'd come from too!). We need more phalenes over here.

I'd like another shepherd- Dutch or German, maybe a Malinois. A mix of any of the three would be awesome. Looks don't really matter but a more greyhound-ish look if at all possible... long legs, deep chest, etc.

I want to pick it myself and oh man will I ever be picky. So I'm waiting till I'm in a position to keep another dog and a time when I can go to Europe for a while and shop around.

A presa canario in the far, far, future, and that's a maybe.

<<<<3

I'd like a apbt or a catahoula or a pit/cur cross at some point too.

Ok, so it isn't exactly a dog...I hear they're breeding tame ones now though!

Although, according to a really excited little girl that saw Sienna on her walk today - I already have a fox. <g>

Not the foxiest pose, but she does bear a striking resemblance.

A black GSD would be cool, too...or a white one to go with the white cat I now own...that I wasn't looking for...

For the first time ever I really don't have a want for another dog. At least, not anytime soon... not until either I move out, or one of the current dogs pass away. I'm really, really content with the 3 I have now. When the time comes for another dog though, I've tossed around the idea of maybe looking into a Dalmatian. They've caught my attention lately. More than likely though my next dog will be another Doberman when the time comes. :)

Sorry I don't post in chaz much anymore... I've been aching for another border collie right now. I'm not in a financial position for one just yet but I am looking and trying to find a good breeder. Moving to New Mexico so trying to find a good breeder somewhere in that area of the country.

I have nooooo desire for another dog unless it comes to me absolutely, 100% trained. :p It's been a long 6 months with Juno lol.

I've actually seen quite a few BCs recently, and while I'd rather have an Aussie... they've caught my attention. Mostly because they've all been so well behaved lol but they've all had immense focus on their owners. And at this point in time that's really all I want... something that listens and pays attention to me! ;)

I've had this thing for corgis lately too. I'm thinking that whenever I move out and get a dog, that'll probably be the breed.

Oh I'm actually VERY content with my two right now, lol. For the first time in a long time I really don't want a border collie right now. I don't really want another dog for real for at least 2 years. Mia is a LOT of work and no way am I getting anything until she matures quite a bit, LOL! It's a good thing she's fun work though!

The phalene is my one day waaaayyy down the road dog.

Yeah, that's very much the same way I feel about Ripley. I'ts mostly because of him that I don't even want to think about adding another dog into the family for a long time, LOL. He's lots of fun, but very tiring most days! That, and now that we're back down to three dogs, three just seems to be a good number for me for some reason. Not sure if I'd ever want to go back to four or more.

I don't need anymore for awhile. I tell myself that one of the schnauzers have to pass away... but I don't think I could wait that long (but alot of financial/time/training/living conditions) would have to change. LOL.

I've got my eyes on the Standard Poodles... either an ice white or nicely marked parti. Or a nicely marked parti Miniature.

You need a parti. *nods*

I agree. Three is probably going to be my max on my own too.

Anyone else going crazy for this little GHF cutie? If I didn't have a puppy I'd be snatching him up if I could! I'm sure he's probably adopted already and they just haven't updated- I can't imagine he isnt.

I'm dying for another Aussie and my Kharma pup. The Aussie breeder I've had my eye on for almost 10 years now is getting ready to breed their third litter: 2010 Litter

I hope to high heaven I am in a position to take one of those pups! If not, I will be going through some of Hallie's siblings. Outstanding lines, outstanding dogs that do literally everything.

So basically...

(this is Chaps, Hallie's littermate from the 2006 litter)

and

Are my big "wants" right now.
