At some point I adopted a puppy on facebook and now I get these annoying messages everyday about how its lonely and I need to go spend time with it, feed it, take it to the vet, etc.

I have two real dogs that need a lot of attention and dont really have time for a virtual one.

Is there like a facebook pound or something, I want this puppy gone ASAP and I dont know how to get rid of it?! In all seriousness, is there a way to delete said puppy?

What game do you play on Facebook? Is it Pet Society? I play Farmville and time by time also find lost animals, be it pink cow, clumsy reindeer, lonely cat, etc. But they are not so annoying. :)

I think it was called PetPupz or something like that... there was no point to it, it was like having a tamigotchi again, no thanks!

One of the many reasons I refuse to play those games on Facebook. I pretty much use it to keep up with friends and family who are not in the area. About the only games I play are scrabble, scramble (like boggle) and uno.

see, and my playing some of those games is PART of keeping up with family--nieces and nephews who play and want people to send, etc. So, I do--but I have to admit to liking Farmtown.

Its people like YOU! You are the reason there are so many unwanted dogs in facebookpound. Let me guess, he was a christmas present, and OH so cute then, and now that he is megabiting your hard drive, you just want him gone?!

Typical.

omg they have Boggle?

I woudln't touch farmville with a 10 ft pole. It looks too time consuming.
